Spend your summer diving into music with our weekly ensemble ukulele class. At the end of the six week session, the program will culminate in a final performance.

• Anyone can pluck! Anyone can participate in this program, regardless of their ability to read music or play an instrument. Both beginning students and those with ukulele/music experience  will benefit from this ensemble. Recommended for ages 7 and up!

• It's More Fun with Family! Parents and guardians enjoy 25% off of tuition when they join the student at weekly ensemble classes.

• Class Schedule: Ensemble classes will meet at the Bridge Street Studio on Fridays from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm. After class, enjoy dinner, music, and shopping in lively downtown Phoenixville. Class dates are as follows: June 30th, July 7th, July 14th, July 28th, August 4th, and August 11th. Dress rehearsal and recital dates TBD.

• Program Objectives: First and foremost...FUN! Additionally, students will study lessons from the James Hill  Ukulele in the Classroom text, led by Nancy Gaspari, who is a Level 3 teacher with the James Hill Ukulele Initiative. Topics include proper picking technique, strumming technique, chord knowledge, fretboard knowledge, collaborative playing principles, as well as music notation and rhythm.

• Tuition: $200 for 6-weekly classes, plus a dress rehearsal and performance. Add an adult learner for $150! 

• Add-on...Private Lessons: Want to deepen your summer of ukulele experience? Add 6 private 30-minute lessons for $240 per student.

• No Instrument? No Problem!  We can recommend an instrument to purchase beginning at $50.
