Chuck Ramsey is a singer/songwriter who has released four albums and eight singles since 2005. He’s been featured on film and television as a songwriter and performer, and his songs have received radio airplay on WXPN in Philadelphia, 94.4 FM in Salford, England, and elsewhere. 

As a co-writer, Chuck has written with a wide range of artists, from hit writer/producer Wayne Wilkins (best known for his work with Beyonce, Natasha Bedingfield, and Jordin Sparks), to LA- based rocker Paulie Z (lead singer of ZO2 and Steve Priest’s Sweet), to Czech singing star David Deyl. 

Chuck’s song “Here We Are” (co-written with and performed by Paulie Z) is featured prominently in the 2018 feature film “The Last Movie Star” starring Burt Reynolds and Ariel Winter. Chuck is also sought-after as a performing musician. While living in New York City from 2011 to 2020, he averaged over 300 shows per year. 

After moving to Nashville in November 2020, he kept up his busy gigging schedule singing in several of Nashville’s famous Broadway bars. As a pianist and guitarist, Chuck worked as an accompanist to NYU professor Richard Armstrong - a position that led him to assisting such top-tier actors as Emmy Rossum and Michelle Williams in film and TV role preparations. 

In the fall of 2017, he taught a course on songs and musicianship at NYU. In 2024, Chuck returned to his native Philadelphia area, where he continues to write and record music. His fifth album, “Back on the Ride,” will be released later in 2026.
