About
Sandy grew up in Houston, Tx, with music being a part of her life at a very young age. She was
a vocalist and pianist at her church, which she continued doing after the move to Pennsylvania.
Sandy graduated from West Chester University in 2025 with a Bachelors in Music Education,
with her concentration being Classical Voice. Sandy loves to sing in a variety of genres,
including but not limited to Pop, Musical Theatre, Worship, Jazz, and Rock. She also loves
writing her own music on piano within the singer/songwriter category.
Teaching Philosophy
Sandy strives to enrich students’ lives through the lens of authenticity, creating an inclusive
classroom where every student feels supported, represented, seen, and inspired. At the core of
her teaching philosophy, collaboration remains key - working alongside students to create clear
goals helps shape each experience in a way where genuine love for music shines through.
Through this, the students’ confidence and passion for music will blossom as they continuously
follow the path towards their full potential!
